1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the supplier and destination.
Typical delivery time:

  • USA & EU: 5–15 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Because we use dropshipping, some items may arrive earlier or later depending on stock and carrier availability.

2. Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?

We work with several Spocket suppliers.
If your order contains different items, they may be shipped from separate warehouses—resulting in multiple packages arriving at different times.

3. Do you offer order tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please note that some carriers may take 1–4 business days to update tracking information.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You may change or cancel your order only if it has not been processed or shipped by the supplier.
Once the item is shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.

5. What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns/refunds for:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective item

  • Lost shipments

  • Significant shipping delays (according to Spocket rules)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong variant choice (size/color)

  • Items already shipped

  • Used or opened self-care products (for hygiene reasons)

6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or a video of the damage

We will contact the supplier and arrange a replacement or refund.

7. My package hasn’t arrived yet. What now?

Packages may experience delays due to customs, carriers, or weather conditions.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame:

  • USA/EU: More than 20 business days

  • International: More than 30 business days

Contact us and we will investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.

8. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally.
Delivery times and customs processing may vary by country.

9. Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Some countries may charge customs duties or taxes upon arrival.
Your local customs office determines these fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

We do not store or process your payment details—everything is handled securely by our payment partners.
