CityWellness.clinic is an online store offering wellness and self-care products.
We use Spocket dropshipping suppliers to fulfill and ship orders directly to customers.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that third-party suppliers may process and ship your products.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to:

  • Use this website only for lawful purposes

  • Not interfere with or disrupt the website’s security or functionality

  • Not copy, reproduce, or misuse any content, images, or product descriptions

3. Orders & Payments

  • All payments are processed securely via PayPal (and other payment providers that may be added later).

  • An order is considered confirmed once payment is completed.

  • If a product becomes unavailable from a supplier, we will issue a full refund.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Because we use dropshipping, delivery times may vary depending on the supplier’s location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA/EU: 5–15 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Orders may arrive in multiple packages.

CityWellness.clinic is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds follow our full Refund & Returns Policy, available on our website.

We accept returns/refunds for:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged item

  • Defective item

  • Lost packages

  • Significant shipping delays (according to Spocket rules)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect variant choice (color/size)

  • Items already shipped

  • Used or opened items (for hygiene reasons)

6. Product Information

All product photos, descriptions, colors, and sizes are provided for general reference.

Due to differences in suppliers and manufacturers, items may vary slightly in appearance or packaging.

7. Third-Party Services

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Your name and shipping address may be shared with Spocket suppliers

  • Payments are processed by PayPal or other third-party processors

  • You are subject to their terms and policies as well

We do not share your payment information with suppliers.

8. Liability

CityWellness.clinic is not liable for:

  • Damages, data loss, or issues arising from website use

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Force majeure events outside our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information during checkout.
